A Holistic Birth Doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy and labour. Holistic care means supporting the whole person - mind, body, and spirit! - while honouring your preferences, values, and intuition.
I am committed to providing culturally supportive care that respects each family's background beliefs, and birth preferences. Your identity, traditions, and voice matters in this space. My role is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your birth journey.
As your Birth Doula, I:
Help you prepare for labour with education and planning.
Provide comfort measures and grounding techniques during labour.
Support your partner/ birthing support persons so they feel confident and involved.
Advocate for informed decision-making.
Create a calm, reassuring presence during birth.
My role is not medical - it is supportive, protective, and empowering!

Black Sage Baby Birth Doula Package $1350
Includes:
2 prenatal home visits (2-2.5hrs each)
24/7 Phone Support at 38weeks (weird cramps at 3am?! GO AHEAD CALL OR TEXT ME♡)
2 week On-Call period for your birth (2 weeks before DD* until baby is born, I will stay local and refrain from making any large commitments)
Continuous emotional, physical, and spirtual care and support through out your labour and delivery (once addmited until 1-2 hours post birth)
1 postpartum home visit before baby turns 4 weeks. (3hrs)

Deposit to book is 1/3 of package price ($450). This is a non-refundable deposit to secure my availability around your due date. Deposit goes towards total fee.
PRICE BREAKDOWN:
50% of fee, is covering your birth ($675). In the unlikely chance for whatever reason I can not make it to the birth of your baby ( illness, medical emergency, family emergency etc) it will be my obligation to provide a back-up doula. I know many incredible local doulas that would be honoured in supporting you through your birth! The birth payment would then be forwarded to the back up doula, all of this would be my responsibility. In the extremely unlikely circumstance no doula shows up to your birth, 50% of your payment will be refunded.
